A very warm welcome to my website - I hope that you will find it informative and that it will be of benefit to you as it has been to many others.

Martin Luther King Jr stated:

"Take the first step in faith, you don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step"

What I have found is that many people find it hard to take that first step. They may feel or know something is wrong - or not quite right - with them. Or you may often hear people say:

“I just cant put my finger on it.”
“It’s like an itch that cannot be scratched.”

 I talk to people every day socially and professionally who are clearly suffering in some way with issues I can help with.  Over the last 6 years I have had the privilege to work with such people and to help move them on.

I frequently find complete strangers approaching me and sharing their innermost thoughts with me about how they are feeling. Whether they are ready to move on or not is all about timing.

So if you are reading this or have come across this website then perhaps this is the first step for you and maybe you are ready.

For some people this will mean one to one sessions, others may prefer workshops and some would like to come and listen to one of the many talks that I give. If you would prefer something tailored to meet your personal needs then I can arrange something this as well.

My aim is to help you through the process and act as supporter and mentor. I will always go at your pace as we work together to address any issues that you are currently facing, or that arise as we go progress.

Together we release the energy, acceptance and inspiration you need to move forward into the future with optimism and fulfilment.
